ABOUT RUSHDEN VILLAGE LINK
Village Link began in Rushden when the W.I. closed as several people had said they would like to continue to have talks of interest to the village and surrounding areas but would like their partners to come too.
It was decided to have four meetings a year with top class speakers and a chance afterwards to ask questions of the speaker but also to bring up matters of interest to the community. We are also trying to make a list of recommended people who can help with various problems such as plumbers and electricians.
We meet in the Village Hall at 7.45pm for a prompt 8pm start.
Membership is £10 a year or £4 per meeting. Light refreshments ( which always seem to disappear very quickly) are served but members and guests are invited to bring their own drinks should they so want.
