Two-way traffic-light controls are proposed to be sited just after the narrow bend that leads out of Cottered village on the A507 towards Baldock.
Construction traffic for Westfield Energy Conservation Park (the Lightrock Power solar plant proposed to lie between Cumberlow Green and Baldock) is planned to be directed from the A10 along the A507 through Cottered High Street.
